Service Delivery Policy

Recorded course and membership access is activated on our learning platform within 24 hours of a successful payment, usually within minutes. Your access link and login instructions are emailed to the address used at checkout.

You can reach the platform any time at our student login.

Live sessions run on Zoom or Google Meet. Joining links and reminders are sent by email and WhatsApp before each session, and recordings are published on the platform after the session where the programme includes them.

Foundation and build-level courses typically run under one month; advanced application-level courses run about two months. Job-readiness programmes include profile review, interview preparation and up to six months of on-the-job training support.

If you have paid and have not received access within 24 hours, contact us through the enquiry form on our home page with your order or payment reference. We restore access or issue a refund under our refund policy.
