Enquiry and registration details you give us: name, email, phone number, city, learning goal, experience level and available study hours. For purchases we also store the order and payment reference returned by our payment gateway.

We never store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials — those stay with the payment gateway.

To respond to your enquiry, confirm your enrolment, send session reminders and course updates, issue invoices and payslips where applicable, and improve our programmes.

By submitting a form you agree to be contacted by email, phone or WhatsApp about the programme you enquired about. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will remove you from follow-ups.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business — our learning platform, meeting platform, payment gateway and communication tools — and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Employee records, attendance, salary structures and payslips are held in our internal HR system with role-based access. Sensitive fields such as bank details are visible only to authorised HR and admin users, and every access or change is recorded in an audit log.

We store data in a managed, encrypted database. Access is controlled by role-based permissions and row-level security so each user only sees the rows they are allowed to see. Sensitive actions — such as approving payroll, revising payslips, or changing staff records — are logged in an audit trail. Payment card numbers, UPI PINs and bank credentials are never stored by us; they are handled directly by our payment gateway.

We keep learner records for as long as your access lasts plus the period required for accounting and tax. You may request a copy, a correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to us through the enquiry form.
